1. The service
Kagujje Stream ("the Service") distributes short movie clips and related metadata through kagujjestream.site and connected social channels. By using the Service you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
Sign-in is handled through Google or email. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your credentials private.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid features, when offered, are billed through our payment processor. We do not store card details. Mobile-money payments are initiated only when you explicitly confirm them; we never charge you without that confirmation.
4. Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Content
Clips are provided for discovery and promotion of the films they come from. All film content remains the property of its respective rights holders.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
